During the 1st and 2nd semesters, there are 10 modules while during the 3rd semester students can choose either to pursue a dissertation or to attend two additional taught modules.
The purpose of this module is to present the latest scientific knowledge related to physiology of the soccer player. Topics involve the integration of various energy systems of the human body during plays of varying intensity in soccer, adaptations in oxygen transfer and consumption systems to training, the factors that limit maximum oxygen intake and the study of various systems at rest and exercise in soccer.
